Paulos Kothonidis

He used to be a competitive swimmer and currently he works as a strength & conditioning coach. He is also part of a large research team with special interest in the use of exercise for the promotion of health and well-being. He considers the concept of periodization one of the most important elements when constructing a training plan for any sport activity. Freediving is not an exception. For this reason, Pavlos takes part in the design of freediving training programs offered by our school.
