LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED FREEDIVER

For Who?

For experienced free divers / spearfishermen who want to go one step further and enhance their free diving performance.

What will I learn?

After perfecting all the skills acquired during the 2nd level, the students of the 3rd level come in contact with more advanced knowledge & techniques:

  • Respiratory Volumes & Capacities
  • Barotraumas in Freediving (terminology, prevention, management)
  • Basic & Advanced Chest Stretching
  • Freefall
  • Advanced Frenzel
  • Use of advanced Freediving equipment
  • Hypoxic & Hypercapnic Training
  • Diet for freediving
  • Advanced buddy system in Freediving
  • Rescue techniques and First Aids in different emergency situations

What’s the duration?

The course has a duration of 5-7 days according to the availability of the student.

Requirements for participation

In order to participate you should have already completed the Level 2 Freediving Course (of any organization)

What’s next?

After the completion of the course:

  • You can join our in-water training sessions
  • You can follow an on-line training program
  • You can continue your education with the Level 4 course
