LEVEL 2 - FREEDIVER

For Who?

It is aimed at free divers who already have some experience and wish to receive all the necessary knowledge but also to acquire all those skills that will help them dive better, deeper and with greater safety.

What will I learn?

You will come in contact with all the basic principles that govern the sport of freediving:

  • Physiology of the Cardiovascular & Respiratory System
  • Mechanics of Breathing
  • Some basic laws of Physics (Boyle’s law)
  • Breathing awareness & Relaxation techniques
  • Equalization techniques
  • Equipment & Technique of freediving
  • The buddy system in freediving
  • Emergency scenarios
  • Rescue procedures & First Aid

What’s the duration?

The course has a duration of 3-5 days according to the availability of the student.

Requirements for participation

You should already have some experience with freediving and/or spearfishing OR attended the Level 1 Course.

What’s next?

After the completion of the course:

  • You can join our in-water training sessions
  • You can follow an on-line training program
  • You can continue your education with the Level 3 course
