Marialena was born in Athens in 1996. Her love for the underwater world began at a very young age. She used to spend hours in the sea just with a mask and a snorkel. During her childhood and adolescence, she was involved in martial arts training. In 2014 she discovered diving and immediately she decided to dedicate herself to it! At first, she completed all the freediving & scuba diving courses and started taking part in freediving competitions. Right now, she is a Pro in many different diving organizations (PADI, SSI, Apnea Academy) and teaching diving is her full-time job. Her main characteristic as an instructor is the very good transmission of her knowledge to the students through the love and enthusiasm that she possesses for this activity!
