For Who?

For people who have never tried free diving before, this course will give them the opportunity to enter a whole new world and discover the underwater environment on a single breath!

What will I learn?

  • You will be taught the basics of freediving
  • Breathing Patterns before & after the dive
  • Freediving Physiology
  • Correct Freediving Technique
  • Basic Rescue techniques

What’s the duration?

The course has a duration of 3-5 days according to the availability of the student.

Requirements for participation

In order to participate in this course, you just need to be healthy & have a great enthusiasm for diving!

What’s next?

After the completion of the course:

  • You can join our in-water training sessions
  • You can follow an on-line training program
  • You can continue your education with the Level 2 course
